Tag recordings by gender for AI training privacy

Allow profiles/recordings to be tagged by gender, and have it so that even if they're used to improve the app/AI, only female employees can hear recordings

While not directly addressing your request, we have recently launched the option to opt out from saving audio data or allowing AI training. These options can be accessed through the settings under the user preferences section. Please note that this is only available to Premium users.
