Add Two-Page Mushaf View for Foldables & Tablets

For Hifz and revision, seeing both pages exactly as they appear in the physical Mushaf is much easier than relying on a small left/right page indicator. A true facing-page view helps preserve page position, visual memory, and the natural flow of the Mushaf.

Any update on this?

Literally THE most important feature to have as a Qur'an memorization app. It's been more than 4 years, so many new features but still not this one... Thank you Tarteel for everything but please understand the importance of this feature. It should be THE priority

Hazem Talha salam 'alaykum, thank you for your answer, but the indications of a page being a left or right page are not enough. It doesn't help when it comes to hifdh. What we need is to have something that is as close as possible as an actual mushaf, that allows us to visualize the two pages that are side to side in one glance. This helps tremendously with Qur'an memorization and revision, to remember the order of pages.

I don't think the Tarteel AI team realizes the importance of this feature. The lack of it has made me use Tarteel way less than I would have if it did have it.

I would quit Tarteel for a similar app that has that specific feature any day, even if it doesn't have all the stats, challenges, milestones and other cool tarteel features (I don't mean any disrespect).

I think if this feature is created exclusively for subscribers, it will increase the number of subscribers significantly. It is much more important than the rest of the features available to subscribers

Thank you for your response, but I believe the requested feature has been misunderstood.

The purpose of Landscape Dual Page Mode is not simply to indicate whether the current page is a right-hand or left-hand page. The existing side lines and page-number position already provide that information.

The requested feature is an actual two-page spread. When the device is rotated to landscape orientation, two consecutive facing Mushaf pages should be displayed simultaneously, side by side, in the correct right-to-left arrangement, exactly as they appear when a printed Mushaf is opened.

Swiping or navigating should move to the next two-page spread rather than continuing to display only one page at a time.

In other words, the user should see the complete open-Mushaf layout, not a single page with an indicator showing whether it belongs on the right or left.

This is particularly important for Quran memorization. Many memorizers develop a visual memory of the complete open spread, including the position of an ayah on the right or left page, its relationship to the facing page, and the overall visual structure of both pages. A side indicator cannot reproduce this visual context.

This feature would also make much better use of the wider screens on tablets, foldable devices, and computers. The current single-page landscape view does not provide the familiar experience of reading and memorizing from an open printed Mushaf.

The requested feature should therefore be understood as follows:

Display two actual facing Mushaf pages simultaneously in landscape orientation.

It should not be understood as follows:

Show an indication of whether the currently displayed single page is a right-hand or left-hand page.

Please reconsider the request based on this distinction, as it has received more than 2,700 votes and is clearly an important feature for many Tarteel users.

Two page layout is very important. Not to know if it’s left or right, you want the regular mushaf experience in front of you. I started to use different apps just because of that.
